Pushing Daisies: Nominated Again…I swear, there’s at least one every week!

by LiRa

Not that I’m complaining…but this show hasn’t ran out of nominations! Hopefully, in one of those nominations, they bring home the trophy. To be nominated is an honor (and a safe answer) but I am hoping that these nominees will be going for the win! They all truly deserve it.

So what’s the latest one? I just wrote about the nomination for the costume people last week and this time, it’s a recognition for Production Design in the 12th Annual Excellence in Production Design Awards.

About Pushing Daisies

As its teasers say, Pushing Daisies is "nothing like you've seen on television". Besides being visually stimulating and audibly captivating, the story behind this whimsical TV series from ABC, is one that seems to jump out pages of a fairy tale. Created by Bryan Fuller, Pushing Daisies is hailed by critics as a commendable risk that may actually pay off. It has romance, tragedy, comedy, mystery and of course, lest we forget, pies…lots and lots of it.
